CoVantage annual meeting, election scheduled Wednesday

Members of CoVantage Credit Union are invited to attend the organization’s 61st annual membership meeting on Wednesday.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Volm Theatre at Antigo High School.

All credit union members are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be asked to participate in electing three members to the Credit Union’s Board of Directors.

Nominees are:

—Bob MacIntosh, president/CEO, Nicolet Plastics, Lakewood, an incumbent.

—Lloyd Gauthier, Jr., a lieutenant and patrol division commander with the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Rhinelander.

—Matt Kolling, senior vice president – employee benefits, Ansay & Associates, Stevens Point.

—and Paul Payant, attorney/partner, Sommer, Olk, Schroeder, & Payant, LLP, Antigo. Payant is also an incumbent.

The three candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve on the Credit Union’s board of directors for the next three years. Members are encouraged to come early, as registration for the election begins at 6 p.m.

Along with the election, the business meeting will include financial reports and highlights from 2013, and a preview of what is being planned for 2014.

Joining Payant and MacIntosh on the board are Charles Dallas, Shawano; Jenny Gretzinger, Argonne; Dwight Nelson, Wausau; Karen Novak, Antigo; and David Visser, Elcho.

Members who attend will receive a complimentary gift and a chance to win one of numerous cash prizes. A meal will be served after the meeting has adjourned.
